Shawnette's college background is in Journalism, and although she didn't get her degree from IUPUI she still loves the campus and people. One of her favorite hobbies on campus is to people watch while the campus center is bustling. It's never a dull moment.

While not at work Shawnette likes to host international high school students from Europe, take cruises, watch romantic movies, and chill with family/friends.
