A New School Year of Possibility at IU Indianapolis

Dear IU Indianapolis students, faculty, and staff,

Welcome to a new academic year at IU Indianapolis!

This fall, there is much to look forward to:

• New food options in the Campus Center, including Tea’s Me Café’s expanded menu and a new dessert spot called Sticky Notes.
• Digital Crimson Cards — our university ID is now available on phones and watches, making it easier than ever to access services, buildings, dining, and more.
• Weeks of Welcome events that showcase Jaguar spirit, including our Ice Cream Social, where I look forward to serving as an “ice cream bar-ista.”
• Construction milestones on major projects like the STEM Lab Building and the James T. Morris Arena (also known as The Jim), both of which will strengthen our role as a hub for discovery, innovation, and community engagement.
• Relocated offices and expanded services — from the Multimedia Production Center to the Office of Health and Wellness Promotion — ensuring our students and colleagues have the resources they need close at hand.

More than buildings and restaurants, what makes IU Indianapolis special is our people. Our faculty, staff, and student leaders are already at work creating an environment where every Jaguar knows that this is where they belong. We are where we belong – At home in Indy!
