Celebrating Momentum at IU Indianapolis
At my State of the Campus address this past week, I was pleased to see so many of you—students, faculty, staff, administrators, campus and community leaders, and advisory board members. Thank you for taking the time to attend, to listen, and to celebrate the exciting work happening at IU Indianapolis. If you were not able to join us, I invite you to watch the full 2026 State of the Campus address.
Moments like this give us a chance to celebrate how far we have come as a campus. They also remind us that the momentum we are building depends on all of us continuing to work together. While we have much to be proud of, there is still important work ahead, and I am grateful for the energy, creativity, and commitment our community brings to that work every day.
That spirit of shared purpose was on full display this past weekend as IU Indianapolis Jagathon celebrated its 25th anniversary. It is always fun and inspiring to watch our students come together and to hear the stories that make this event so much more than a day of dancing. Congratulations to our students who raised funds for the children and families at Riley Hospital for Children. And kudos to the faculty and staff who support them every step of the way.
At IU Indianapolis, we spring forward every day with big and bold aspirations knowing that we will achieve and we will prevail.
Go Jags!
